What do we need to prepare?
One workflow to start with, a person on your side who owns and signs it off, and access to the website, CRM or calendar it should connect to — plus your existing content and brand assets. If it is not yet clear which workflow comes first, the Action & Conversion Brief settles that.
Which systems can the agents connect to?
The 30-day Managed Launch includes a connection to your website, CRM or calendar. Further agents, actions and integrations are added in Managed Evolution. Which specific tools are in scope is confirmed in writing before work starts.
What does maintenance after launch cover?
Managed Evolution covers monitoring and monthly optimisation of the first workflow, new agents, actions and integrations, adjustments to policies and approval steps, and support with exportable evidence — from €2,500 per month. The exact scope is confirmed in writing.
Who decides what an agent is allowed to do?
You do. Every workflow gets a named accountable owner on your side. Actions routed through VINCHY are checked against policy, sensitive steps wait for human approval, and every action lands in a tamper-evident audit trail.
How do you handle privacy?
EU infrastructure, data minimisation and consent at the point of collection are specified for your actual workflow. Where the site collects data, consent sits at the point of collection — governance is designed in from day one.
Who owns the data the agents collect?
You do. Leads, bookings, conversations and audit records collected on your site belong to you. DreamSoft AI processes them only to run and improve your workflow, under a written data-processing agreement; you can export them at any time.
What happens if we stop working together?
Your website, domain and content stay yours. We hand over an export of your data and audit records, remove our access and delete remaining copies within an agreed period. Agents managed through VINCHY are switched off at the end of the notice period; you keep the exported evidence. The periods are confirmed in writing before work starts.
