Pilot: Rotary Club ŠabacAssociations run on spreadsheets, group chats and one person's memory. Club Platform is both halves: a public website and a members' portal — dues, documents, calendar, roles — on one system the board can actually hand over to next year's officers.

Public website
News, projects, gallery, contact and membership enquiries — fast, multilingual, DSGVO-first, with imprint and privacy pages in place. The club stays visible without anyone touching HTML.
Members' portal
Behind the login: members and roles, dues and payments with credit carry-over, documents, calendar and meetings, projects and reports, notifications. No member data is visible without signing in.
Built for handover
Access follows roles, not people — president, secretary, treasurer, editor, member. When the post changes, access changes; the record stays. This is exactly where club setups built on someone's private account fall apart.
Your domain, your design
Each club keeps its own domain, hosting and look — the platform sits behind it. A separate database per club, hosted in the EU. No shared member database.
Why association data deserves different handling
A membership register is a collection of personal data — names, contacts, payment status. So everything member-related sits behind the login, each club gets its own database, and the board and treasurer can export their records at any time. The club owns its data — not the studio that built the software.
